Fibre in an Internal Environment

This 2-day programme simplifies fibre termination techniques and provides installation engineers and supervisors with sufficient knowledge to competently install, terminate and test numerous multimode fibre optic cable, connectors and fibre network infrastructures.

Focusing on multimode fibre optic termination and testing, this course demystifies the techniques, jargon, connectors and equipment used within fibre optic networks. Starting with an overview of transmission theory, the fibre optic industry and principles behind it, the course continues with practical sessions on testing and terminating fibre optic cable. Those attending gain hands-on experience with the latest technologies and advancements within the fibre optics industry.
