| Extreme Networks Associate
(ENA)
The Extreme Networks Associate (ENA) Certification
Program establishes the foundation for all Extreme Networks
certification programs. The ENA certification confirms
your knowledge of the Extreme Networks product portfolio
and configuring and managing Extreme Networks switches
in layer 2 and layer 3 environments. The certification
is intended for individuals responsible for the installation,
configuration, and management of Extreme Networks products.
The knowledge required to pass this test can
be obtained in several ways:
- Take the instructor-led ECF-200/5: Extreme Configuration
Fundamentals offered by one of our authorized training
partners.
- Read existing material like the ExtremeWare User,
Concepts, and Command Reference Guides.
- Grow your knowledge and skills through practical
experience installing and administering Extreme Networks
products.
Receive your ENA Certification
Successful completion of the ECF training course (including
100% attendance) provides ENA certification. A certificate
with a unique certification number is issued within
30 days. ENA certification is valid for 2 years.
Alternatively, you can take an 80-question exam to validate
your knowledge of basic Extreme Networks hardware configuration
using the ExtremeWare CLI. Extreme Networks Authorized
Training Partners (ATP) administer the ENA certification
tests. The cost of the exam is one day of training.
Candidates who achieve a score of 75% or greater are
awarded the distinction of Extreme Networks Associate.
