Field personnel from network operations or their subcontractors responsible for network planning, on-site works and technical support

Prerequisites
Able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of telecommunications including microwave principles and link planning. Hands-on experience of installing, commissioning and maintaining microwave links is also required

Delegates gain the knowledge to be able to respond to microwave technical compliance queries and have sufficient in-depth understanding to provide effective microwave technical support
